1. BMD VITA C+FERULIC SERUM:  This luxurious serum is great for dark spots, collagen-building, and fighting off all those pesky free radicals we get from UV exposure.
2. ELTAMD SUNSCREEN OF CHOICE:  Choose between EltaMD UV Clear for acne-prone skin (tinted or non-tinted), UV Daily for combination skin (tinted or non-tinted), or Elements for skin that needs a little extra lovin’ (tinted only).  
3. BMD GLYCOLIC PADS: Glycolic acid non-abrasively sloughs away dead skin and pore-clogging impurities as it moisturizes and removes dirt. You will see smoother skin with less prominent pores after regular use, and if you struggle with the occasional breakout, it helps with those too!
4. BMD FORTIFIED MOISTURIZER:  Fortified with yucca glauca root extract for natural hydration, as well ceramides, vitamins, and antioxidants, this lavish moisturizer delivers smoother, softer skin.

Dr. Christine Stanko of Bryn Mawr Dermatology recommends following the simple sequence:

Cleanse. Treat. Moisturize. Protect. Repeat.

Start with your favorite cleanser to wash away night-time impurities. As a special treat, massage in 3-5 drops of BMD’s VitaC+Ferulic Serum to your face and neck with your fingertips, avoiding the sensitive skin around your eyes. If you tend to be on the dry side, or the season requires it, apply a healthy layer of BMD’s Fortified Moisturizer to seal in hydration. Next, apply your favorite EltaMD sunscreen to your face and neck to make sure you are protected against damaging UV rays.

After cleansing your face at night, gently swipe a BMD Glycolic Pad across your face and neck making sure to attend to your hairline, but avoiding the skin around your eyes. These treatment pads are powerful, so we recommend using them every other night until you know how you tolerate them. You can increase use to every night if you are not irritated. Finally, seal the deal with a luxurious layer of BMD’s Fortified Moisturizer to soothe skin and prepare it for overnight recovery.
